PRICING
Prices on our services page are a guide only and can vary due to thickness, length, and desired result. Exact quotes cannot be given via phone, email or social’s and are only confirmed in salon upon consultation with a stylist.
ONLINE BOOKINGS
Online bookings are subject to change and confirmation via text. Please ensure all details are correct when booking online so we are able to contact you if required. All online bookings require a $50 deposit.
DEPOSITS
All bookings of 3 hours+ require a deposit, this deposit is then deducted from your final bill.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A minimum of 24 hours is needed to reschedule/cancel. Please respond to the confirmation text, which is sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any appointments cancelled within the 24 hour or less are subject to a rebooking fee and/or loss of deposit. If we are unable to get your cancellation fee, it will be added onto your next service. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment if we do not hear from you after we have sent your confirmation text.
